Establishing an industrial mindset in the agriculture and livestock sectors, ensuring the quality of the milk produced, and creating a healthy, disease-free herd rather than merely a large one are at the forefront of our objectives, and all our investments are directed toward achieving this goal.

Modern Facility Infrastructure and Production Capacity

Our facility is designed with social amenities (cafeteria, staff housing), administrative offices, and management units to meet all the needs of our personnel. Our enterprise includes 4 milking cattle barns (4×240 head capacity each), a heifer barn with a 800-head capacity, a calf barn with a 250-head capacity, and 350 individual calf hutches, alongside fully equipped maternity units, an infirmary, and milking parlors.

To maintain the highest level of animal welfare, we use premium German-made Kraiburg rubber flooring in our barns. Herd management and milking processes are integrated with computer-aided automation systems. In this context, our facility is equipped with advanced technology equipment, including:

  • De Laval brand 2×16 parallel rapid-exit milking unit,

  • 4 robotic milking units,

  • 5 cooling tanks with a capacity of 6,000 liters each, totaling 24,000 liters

  • Fully automatic manure scraper systems, stainless/frost-free smart water troughs, heat detection sensors, modern hoof care units, and ultrasonography devices.

For uninterrupted production, we have a 400 KVA transformer and a 230 KVA Teksan generator system. Energy savings are achieved by using 4,000-liter capacity solar energy systems for water heating processes. Furthermore, our facility actively utilizes large-volume feed storage areas (13,000 tons of silage, 2,000 tons of alfalfa, 1,000 tons of straw, and a 600 m² concentrated feed warehouse), a 3,000 m³ lagoon liquid manure pit, and a manure separation system. Facility security is ensured by 93 surveillance cameras monitored 24/7 and modern fire protection installations. Our official capacity report is 2,350 heads, and our current herd consists of 950 cows, 800 heifers, 250 calves (bulls), and 350 calves.

Our Quality Standards

Our short-term production plan involves stabilizing our milking herd at the 900-head level and supplying 600 high-quality pregnant heifers to the sector annually. Our long-term strategy is to expand our land to produce all our own roughage needs and transform our facility into an integrated structure capable of end-to-end animal product manufacturing. Accordingly, joint R&D projects are being conducted with universities for herd genetics improvement and the maximization of raw milk quality.
